Terms of Service

1. Who we are. This store (jefeandfriends.com) is operated by Gilly's Exotics LLC ("Jefe and Friends", "we", "us"), based in Cleburne, Texas, USA. Contact: gillysexotics@gmail.com.

2. Made-to-order products. All products are made to order by our third-party print-on-demand partners (such as Tapstitch, Printify and Printful) after you place your order. Colors on screen may look slightly different from the finished product, and small print or color differences between batches are normal.

3. Pricing and availability. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We may discontinue any product or design at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll let you know and refund that item.

4. Orders. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or a pricing error. If we cancel a paid order, you'll get a full refund.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds. These are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property. Jefe the Crocodile, Gary, the Jefe and Friends name, and our logos, designs, photos and videos are owned by Gilly's Exotics LLC. You may not copy, reproduce or resell our designs without written permission.

7. Acceptable use. Don't misuse the site, try to break it, or use it for anything unlawful.

8. Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

10. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the site applies.
