Frequently asked questions

How long will my order take?

Every Jefe and Friends item is made to order, printed or embroidered just for you, so nothing sits on a shelf. Your order goes through two steps: production (making your item), then shipping. Times are in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) and are estimates, not guarantees:

Hoodies, tees and long sleeves, US: production 3-7 business days, then shipping about 5-7 days. Most orders arrive within about 2 to 3 weeks of ordering.
Hoodies, tees and long sleeves, international: production 3-7 business days, then shipping about 9-15 days. Most orders arrive within about 3 to 4 weeks.
Hats and beanies, US: production 1-5 business days, then shipping about 2-5 business days. Most orders arrive within about 1 to 2 weeks.
Hats and beanies, Canada and Australia: production 1-5 business days, then international shipping that can take up to 30 business days. Allow up to about 7 weeks.
Alaska, Hawaii and US territories can take an extra 1–2 weeks.

If you order apparel and a hat together, they're made in different places and arrive in separate packages. Busy seasons, customs and carrier delays can add time. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as each package ships.

Where do you ship?

Hoodies and t-shirts ship to the United States and about 70 other countries. Hats and beanies currently ship to the United States, Canada and Australia. If an item can't ship to your country, checkout will tell you before you pay. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Some international orders may owe import duties or taxes on delivery, which are the customer's responsibility.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because every item is made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. If your item arrives misprinted, defective, damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. Can I cancel my order?

Production often starts quickly. Email us as soon as possible. We can cancel with a full refund only if your order hasn't gone into production yet.

How do I pick my size?

Check the size chart on each product page before ordering; measurements are listed in inches for every size. Our classic hoodies are a unisex, loose fit with drop shoulders.
